KIEV, UKRAINE - 2019/11/23: Ukrainian Prime Minister, Oleksiy Honcharuk seen during the event. Ukrainians mark the 86th anniversary of the Great famine or the Holodomor of 1932-33. The Holodomor was a famine in Soviet Ukraine in 1932 and 1933 that killed millions of Ukrainians.
